האתר הזה לא מבקש מכם למסור פרטים אישיים ולא אוסף אותם בעצמו. אין בו טופס, אין רישום, אין ניוזלטר ואין פרסומות. מה שכן קורה כשגולשים בו: השרת שמארח את האתר רושם פרטים טכניים על הביקור, הדפדפן שלכם טוען גופנים משרתי גוגל, וסרגל הנגישות שומר את ההעדפות שבחרתם בדפדפן שלכם. אם תשלחו לנו מייל, נשמור אותו כדי לענות לכם. זהו. את הפרטים המלאים תמצאו למטה, בשפה שאפשר להבין.
האתר armor.co.il מופעל על ידי ארמור אי.טי. אנד סקיוריטי בע"מ (ח"פ 515959765), רחוב תוצרת הארץ 3, פתח תקווה. אנחנו חברת ייעוץ לאבטחת מידע והגנת פרטיות, ולכן המדיניות הזאת כתובה בדיוק כמו שאנחנו ממליצים ללקוחות שלנו לכתוב: קצר, מדויק ובלי הסתרה. לכל שאלה על פרטיות באתר אפשר לכתוב ל-info@armor.co.il. הפנייה מגיעה ישירות להנהלת החברה.
האתר לא מכיל טפסים, אזור אישי, רישום, תגובות, צ'אט, ניוזלטר, פיקסלים פרסומיים או כלי מעקב שיווקיים. אנחנו לא מוכרים, משכירים או מעבירים מידע על גולשים לאף גורם לצורכי פרסום, ולא בונים פרופילים של גולשים.
כמו כל אתר, השרת שמארח את האתר (HostGator, ארצות הברית) רושם ביומני המערכת שלו את כתובת ה-IP של המכשיר שלכם, סוג הדפדפן, הדף שביקשתם ומועד הבקשה. הרישום הזה נועד לתפעול ולאבטחה בלבד, למשל כדי לזהות ניסיונות תקיפה על האתר. אנחנו לא מצליבים אותו עם שום מידע אחר ולא משתמשים בו כדי לזהות אנשים. הרישומים נמחקים בהתאם למדיניות השמירה של חברת האחסון.
חלק מהדפים טוענים את הגופן Heebo משרתי Google Fonts. כשזה קורה, הדפדפן שלכם פונה לשרת של גוגל, וגוגל מקבלת את כתובת ה-IP שלכם כחלק מהבקשה. לגוגל יש מדיניות פרטיות משלה לשירות הזה. אנחנו לא מקבלים מגוגל שום מידע על הביקור שלכם.
סרגל הנגישות באתר מאפשר להגדיל טקסט, לשנות ניגודיות ועוד. ההעדפות שתבחרו נשמרות בדפדפן שלכם בלבד, כדי שלא תצטרכו לבחור אותן מחדש בכל דף. המידע הזה לא נשלח אלינו ולא לאף אחד אחר, ואפשר למחוק אותו בכל רגע דרך ניקוי נתוני האתר בדפדפן.
האתר עצמו לא מציב עוגיות למעקב. ייתכנו עוגיות טכניות קצרות חיים של מערכת האתר (WordPress) והעדפות סרגל הנגישות כפי שתואר למעלה. אין עוגיות פרסום ואין עוגיות של רשתות חברתיות. אפשר לחסום עוגיות בהגדרות הדפדפן, והאתר ימשיך לעבוד כרגיל.
הדרך ליצור איתנו קשר דרך האתר היא בדוא"ל. אם תשלחו לנו הודעה, היא תישמר בתיבת הדואר של החברה (שירות Microsoft 365) יחד עם הפרטים שבחרתם לכלול בה, למשל שם, טלפון ושם הארגון. נשתמש בהם למטרה אחת: לענות לכם ולטפל בפנייה. לא נוסיף אתכם לרשימת תפוצה ולא נעביר את הפרטים לאף גורם אחר, אלא אם תבקשו זאת או אם החוק יחייב אותנו. הודעות שלא הפכו להתקשרות עסקית נמחקות בתוך שנתיים ממועד הפנייה האחרונה.
המידע שאנחנו מקבלים במסגרת עבודה עם לקוחות, כולל מידע אישי שנחשף במהלך סקרים, מבדקים או ליווי, מוסדר בהסכם ההתקשרות ובהסכם הסודיות עם כל לקוח, ולא במדיניות הזאת. באותם מקרים אנחנו פועלים כמחזיק מידע מטעם הלקוח, לפי הוראותיו ולפי תקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז-2017.
האתר מאוחסן בשרתים של HostGator בארצות הברית. תיבות הדואר של החברה מאוחסנות בשירות Microsoft 365. שני הספקים מתחייבים כלפינו חוזית לרמת אבטחה מקובלת. ככל שמדובר בהעברת מידע אל מחוץ לישראל, היא נעשית בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (העברת מידע אל מאגרי מידע שמחוץ לגבולות המדינה), התשס"א-2001.
האתר מוגש בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS). הגישה לניהול האתר ולתיבות הדואר מוגנת באימות רב שלבי ומוגבלת לאנשים שצריכים אותה. אנחנו מיישמים על עצמנו את אותן דרישות שאנחנו מיישמים אצל לקוחות, ברמת האבטחה שחלה עלינו לפי התקנות. אם יקרה אירוע אבטחה שנוגע למידע שלכם, נודיע למי שצריך, כולל לרשות להגנת הפרטיות כשהחוק מחייב זאת.
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, כפי שתוקן בתיקון 13, יש לכם זכות לדעת איזה מידע עליכם נמצא אצלנו, לעיין בו, לבקש לתקן אותו אם הוא לא מדויק, ולבקש למחוק אותו. מכיוון שהאתר לא אוסף מידע, ברוב המקרים התשובה תהיה שאין אצלנו מידע עליכם מלבד הודעות שבחרתם לשלוח. כדי לממש זכות, כתבו ל-info@armor.co.il. נענה בהקדם ולא יאוחר מהמועד שקובעות תקנות העיון. אם לדעתכם לא טיפלנו בפנייה כראוי, אפשר לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.
האתר מיועד לארגונים ולאנשי מקצוע ולא לקטינים. אם נגלה שקיבלנו מידע מקטין בלי אישור אפוטרופוס, נמחק אותו.

This website does not ask you for personal details and does not collect them on its own. There is no form, no sign-up, no newsletter and no advertising. What does happen when you browse: the server that hosts the site logs technical details of the visit, your browser loads fonts from Google's servers, and the accessibility toolbar saves the preferences you choose in your own browser. If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply. That is all. The full details are below, in plain language.

We are an information security and privacy consulting firm, so this policy is written exactly the way we advise our clients to write theirs: short, accurate and with nothing hidden. The site has no forms, no member area, no registration, no comments, no chat, no newsletter, no advertising pixels and no marketing trackers. We do not sell, rent or pass on visitor information to anyone for advertising, and we do not build visitor profiles.
Like every website, the server that hosts the site (HostGator, United States) records in its system logs your device's IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. This is used for operations and security only, for example to detect attack attempts against the site. We do not combine it with any other data and do not use it to identify people. Logs are deleted according to the hosting provider's retention policy.
Some pages load the Heebo font from Google Fonts servers. When that happens, your browser contacts a Google server, and Google receives your IP address as part of the request. Google has its own privacy policy for this service. We receive no information from Google about your visit.
The site's accessibility toolbar lets you enlarge text, change contrast and more. The preferences you choose are saved in your own browser only, so you do not have to choose them again on every page. This information is not sent to us or to anyone else, and you can delete it at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. There may be short-lived technical cookies from the site platform (WordPress) and the accessibility preferences described above. There are no advertising cookies and no social-network cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will keep working as usual.
The way to contact us through the site is by email. If you send us a message, it is kept in the company mailbox (Microsoft 365) together with the details you chose to include, such as your name, phone number and organization. We use them for one purpose: to reply and handle your request. We do not add you to any mailing list and do not pass your details to anyone else, unless you ask us to or the law requires it. Messages that did not lead to a business engagement are deleted within two years of the last contact.
Information we receive in the course of work for clients, including personal data we encounter during assessments, tests or ongoing engagements, is governed by the engagement agreement and the non-disclosure agreement with each client, not by this policy. In those cases we act as a data holder on the client's behalf, under the client's instructions and under the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017.
The site is hosted on HostGator servers in the United States. The company's mailboxes are hosted on Microsoft 365. Both providers are contractually committed to us to an accepted level of security. Where this involves transferring data outside Israel, it is done in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 2001.
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the site administration and to the mailboxes is protected by multi-factor authentication and limited to the people who need it. We apply to ourselves the same requirements we implement for our clients, at the security level that applies to us under the regulations. If a security incident affecting your data occurs, we will notify whoever needs to know, including the Privacy Protection Authority where the law requires it.
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, as amended by Amendment 13, you have the right to know what information about you we hold, to review it, to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it. Because the site collects no data, in most cases the answer will be that we hold nothing about you other than messages you chose to send. To exercise a right, write to info@armor.co.il. We will reply promptly and no later than the time set in the access regulations. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
The site is intended for organizations and professionals, not for minors. If we discover that we received information from a minor without a guardian's consent, we will delete it.
